Good health and fitness comes from a solid foundation of Nutrition and a balanced and diverse training program. We have a number of different programs available and all of our sessions are designed to challenge you in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Just starting out? Don’t worry! We can scale every workout to meet you where you are. As your skills and fitness level increase, so will the intensity and complexity of your workouts.
CROSSFIT – CrossFit classes produce incredible physical benefits and bodily changes by combining high intensity cardio, a variety of strength movements, gymnastics and more. Our focus on safety and technique makes our classes appropriate for people of all ages, levels and physical abilities. You just need to be ready to challenge yourself and willing to let us help you change your life! Monthly Unlimited* ($175) 10-Class Package($200) - Drop-in($25)
FIT OVER 55 - Fit Over 55 is a strength and conditioning class specifically designed for older adults who want to stay active and maintain a positive relationship with their body as they age. These classes focus on truly functional fitness: increasing strength levels to build healthy bones and muscle mass and keep you remaining strong and independent for many years to come! Monthly Unlimited* ($129) - 10-Class Package($150)
CROSSFIT KIDS /TEENS - Our CrossFit Kids(ages 6-12) & Teens(ages 13-15) see improvements in confidence, school performance and athleticism. CrossFit not only provides children with an outlet to be physically active, but also instills healthy habits that they will carry with them for a lifetime. Sports specific training is available for Teams & Athletes. Monthly Unlimited* ($129) - 10-Class Package($150)
FOUNDATIONS– Foundations consists of (4) 1-hr sessions that introduce new members to some of the skills we use in CrossFit. New CFSD members will need to complete our Foundations program before moving to regular CrossFit classes. Foundations will be taught in the 1st month of membership at no additional cost.
BARBELL CLUB – Allows Athletes to practice the Olympic weightlifting movements (clean and jerk/snatch) and accessory work to assist in lifting technique and overall strength. Included with membership or $25 drop-in
GYMNASTICS/MOBILTY – Gymnastics and mobility establish functional capacity for body control and range of motion and when performed properly, influence every aspect of your life and have a dramatic effect on your fitness. Included with membership or $25 drop-in
PERSONAL TRAINING – Your coach will work with you to identify your fitness goals and design a program to achieve those goals efficiently and safely. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event or have a specific injury or physical need, an individually-designed program equals faster results. Sessions available by appointment. 1hr. session ($90) - 5 -1hr. sessions ($450) - 10 -1hr. sessions ($800)
NUTRITION/HEALTH COACHING– Nutrition is the foundation of optimal health, weight loss and better performance. Our Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Program provides individuals with a science-based approach to nutrition and wellness that uses simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of 'dieting' to form habits that will last a lifetime. OPEN GYM – During open gym athletes are welcome to come in to use our facilities and equipment to train independently. Open gym available as space allows during all classes as well as 30min before/after every class - except for before the 5a MWF & 6a TTh and after the last class of the day.
