CrossFit is a full-body workout that builds strength while taxing your metabolism through high-intensity cardio. While other classes waste time lightly working smaller muscles for endless hours, CrossFit hits all your major muscle groups - and hits them hard - providing greater results over a shorter amount of time. If you’re looking to shed weight and build endurance, CrossFit’s combination of circuit training and weightlifting is all you’ve ever wanted.


Foundations Class consists of four sessions over two weeks that focus on the core movements of CrossFit. In each class, you will learn foundational movements and progressions from one of our amazing coaches.  Each class starts with a warm-up followed by instruction on CrossFit Movements and/or Olympic Lifts. Class ends with a workout using the movements learned that day.  Each class builds on movements learned from the previous class, therefore it is a requirement that you complete all four classes before can you join regular CrossFit classes.

Personal Training

Personal training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals and assess your movement. Your coach will design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, have a specific injury or physical need or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually-designed program equals faster results.

Many people have variable schedules these days, so the ability to schedule your workout time exactly when you need it is a huge bonus. Don’t let your hectic schedule keep you out of the gym. Each Private Training Session is 60 minutes long and you can book single sessions or choose from a discounted package option.


Everyone's performance depends on mobility. For beginning athletes, mobility is the key to performing all of our movements safely. For advancing athletes, better mobility means better performance - the ability to reach positions of optimal power, speed, and stability. Sound mobility programming not only helps our athletes avoid injury, but counteracts things such as sitting at desks in front of computers all day long.

Daily warm-ups are designed to ensure that you do the day's workout in your best available position. But to make real gains and improve your best available position, more time and attention are required. Mobility should be a proactive approach, not a reactive one, so we hold Mobility classes and will assign mobility homework for you to prevent injury and optimize your performance in and out of the gym. Using mobilization techniques our coaches will help address common and specific areas on the body that require attention and help you individually work out any tight areas that may be causing you difficulty in movement.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is the foundation of optimal health, weight loss and better performance.  Our Nutrition Coaching Program provides individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness. We use simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of 'dieting' to form habits that will last a LIFETIME.

Olympic Lifting

Our Raising-the-Bar program is for those people looking to get better at Olympic weightlifting and build a strong foundation for the rest of their fitness. We squat, deadlift, clean, jerk, snatch, and everything in between. This program is for the novice Olympic lifter and those new to CrossFit, looking to improve their technique and increase their familiarity with these movements, as well as for the intermediate to advanced Olympic Lifter looking to take their strength to the next level.
