BUILD & BURN - Build & Burn is a CrossFit class without complex barbell and gymnastics movements. These classes torch calories to make you faster and leaner by combining strength training movements, high intensity metabolic conditioning and basic gymnastics. Build & Burn is the perfect starting point for beginners or for individuals that have been attending a ‘boot-camp’ style program and are looking to increase their results. Classes are open to all ages and fitness levels, are fun & challenging, will build camaraderie and will get you amazing life changing results! New members can jump right into Build & Burn without going through our Foundations program.
FOUNDATIONS CLASSES– Nowhere else can you get as much out of an hour than with CrossFit, New CrossFit members will complete our Foundations program before moving to regular CrossFit classes. Foundations consists of (4) 1-hr sessions that focus on the core movements of CrossFit and can be taken either in a small-group or privately with a Coach. Foundations is not required for Build & Burn classes.
PERSONAL TRAINING – Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, so that they may design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event or have a specific injury or physical need, an individually-designed program equals faster results. Sessions can be booked at any time of the day to accommodate busy schedules.
NUTRITION / HEALTH COACHING – Nutrition is the foundation of optimal health, weight loss and better performance. Our Nutrition Coaching Program provides individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness. We use simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of 'dieting' to form habits that will last a LIFETIME.
Olympic Lifting - Our Raising-the-Bar program is for those people looking to get better at Olympic weightlifting and build a strong foundation for the rest of their fitness. We squat, deadlift, clean, jerk, snatch, and everything in between. This program is for the novice Olympic lifter and those new to CrossFit, looking to improve their technique and increase their familiarity with these movements, as well as for the intermediate to advanced Olympic Lifter looking to take their strength to the next level.
CROSSFIT KIDS/TEENS (ages 6-15) – Our CrossFit Kids see improvements in confidence, school performance and athleticism. CrossFit not only provides children with an outlet to be physically active, but also instills healthy habits that they will carry with them for a lifetime. Sports specific training is available for Teams & Athletes.
